Women’s Enterprise Ontario (WEO) Recommendations for the Advancement of Women Entrepreneurs

This 2016 report makes the case that the province of Ontario (Canada) has a long way to go if it wants to realize the potential of Ontario’s women entrepreneurs’ ability to generate $700M in incremental revenues to the Ontario economy.  This report cites statistics and offers recommendations to help Ontario policy makers unlock this potential.  The report is also useful for economic development officers in other regions as the recommendations as concepts are transferable.
